油豆腐 Deep fried tofu—3片
洋蔥 Onion-1/8個
紅蘿蔔 Carrot-10g
乾燥香菇(泡水) Dried shitake, soaked—2片
雞蛋 Egg—1個

胡麻油 Sesame oil—適量
泡盛 Awamori—1大匙
味淋 Mirin—1/2大匙
醬油 Soy sauce-1/2大匙
